PURPOSE: According to the scalable audio bit stream cutting method is the target byte and actual bit number, the decryption algorithm end-point can be informed by amending the bit stream length.;CONSTITUTION: The audio bit stream length is interpreted from header(1000). The audio bit stream is read and the byte corresponding to the target bit rate is calculated(1020). The bit stream length is readjusted to the calculated target byte and the value smaller among the actual bit number(1030). The audio bit stream is transmitted as the target length with the storage(1040). The target bit rate can be given in outside including server or user etc.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
