PURPOSE: A counter weight drop preventing structure for construction equipment is provided to support the upper part of the counter weight by steadily the upper part of the counter weight on the upper part of a vertical support part.;CONSTITUTION: A counter weight drop preventing structure for construction equipment comprises as follows. A hanging projection(21) is formed on a counterweight upper fixture(16). An upper support projected from the one side of the vertical support plate is composed for a jaw to be settled on the top of a vertical support plate(14).
