PURPOSE: A ring type cooling gallery manufacturing method of an internal combustion engine piston is provided to stably form the shape of a metal tube and to improve the dimension precision of a metal tube by including a bulging process which applies force between two pins in a bending process.;CONSTITUTION: A ring type cooling gallery manufacturing method of an internal combustion engine piston comprises the following steps. A thin metal plate is manufactured with a blank board(a). The central part of the blank board is drawn and manufactures to a board(b). Some part of a hat shaped plate is omitted, and a remained part is manufactured with the board of a ring shape. The board of a ring shape is manufactured with vertically extending to the same direction to a wall. The length of one part piece is longer than the length of the other part piece by controlling the dimension of the board of the ring shape.
