PURPOSE: A neutralization device of recycled aggregate using promotion neutralization and a method thereof are provided to improve productivity by reducing a neutralization period, and to prevent secondary contamination for producing the recycled aggregate.;CONSTITUTION: A neutralization device(100) of recycled aggregate using promotion neutralization includes the following: a water tank body(110) receiving the recycled aggregate with an outlet and an inlet; a feed water supply pipe(115) supplying feed water to a neutralization space; an input body(114) opening and closing the inlet; a discharge body opening and closing an outlet; an agitating device(120) agitating the recycled aggregate accepted in the neutralization space; a gas feed assembly(140) connected to the neutralization space; and a dehydrating device(150) dehydrating the recycled aggregate which is discharged and connected to the outlet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
