PURPOSE: A releasing prevention fastener is provided to enable an operator to easily rotate a nut and to prevent the nut from being easily released.;CONSTITUTION: A releasing prevention fastener comprises a bolt(10), a clamp screw(13), a releasing prevention screw(14), a circular groove(15), a clamp nut and a releasing prevention nut. The bolt comprises a handle(12), of which the root has a first diameter and of which the end has a second diameter smaller than the first diameter. The clamp screw is formed on the root in a first direction. The clamp screw has a first large diameter, a first small diameter and a first lead. The releasing prevention screw is formed on the end in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The circular groove is formed between the clamp screw and the releasing prevention screw. The clamp nut is coupled to the clamp screw and has a first external diameter.
