PURPOSE: According to the phase matching band pass filter which the phase matching band pass filter uses the exponential function approximation, the burden of the analog digital converter of the digital circuit of receiver can be alleviated by replacing the surface acoustic wave filter.;CONSTITUTION: In first devices(505, 507), inductor and the first amplifier including the parasitic resistance are connected feedback. In the second device, capacitors and the secondary amplifier including the parasitic resistance is connected feedback. The impedance of the first device has in the frequency and increase exponential relationship.
