PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing glaucoma and a method for diagnosing glaucoma using the same are provided to easily and quickly determine occurrence of glaucoma.;CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing glaucoma contains collagen type VI. The kit for diagnosing glaucoma contains an antigen which specifically binds to collagen type VI. The glaucoma is open-angle glaucoma. A method for diagnosing glaucoma comprises a step of reacting antigen-antibody reaction from human sample and detecting autoantibody to collagen type VI.
