PURPOSE: A Fe-Mn complete solid solubility reinforced heat-resistant aluminum alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a stable reinforcing phase of complete solid solution by preventing the production of metal compound due to alloy element. CONSTITUTION: A Fe-Mn complete solid solubility reinforced heat-resistant aluminum alloy, in which aluminum is combined with Fe-Mn alloy element in a reinforcing phase, comprises aluminum 0.5~10 weight%. The Fe-Mn alloy element comprises iron 10~90 weight% and manganese 10~90 weight%. The complete solid solution reinforcing phase in a facet shape of 30~50m keeps the stable phase to the temperature of 1245C.
