PURPOSE: A radiography apparatus, a processing method thereof, and a radiography system are provided to shorten a photographing time by properly eliminating the offset component included in the radiation image.;CONSTITUTION: A radiography apparatus includes a photographing unit(106), a storage unit(122), a correction image generating unit(120), and a correction processing unit(105). The photographing unit photographs the preset area by using a plurality of imaging devices. A storage unit stores the image for offset correction. The correction image generating unit updates the image for offset correction by synthesizing the image for offset correction with the image obtained by the photographing unit.
