PURPOSE: A marine microorganism-derived novel cellulase is provided to be used for waste disposal, washing, ethanol fermentation, and liquor production.;CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis A-53(KACC 91179P)-derived cellulase protein is encoded by DNA sequence of sequence number 1. The Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis A-53(KACC 91179P) is isolated from a marine source. A recombinant vector pTA-53 for expressing cellulase of E.coli is prepared by connecting a gene of sequence number 1 to p-TGEM T-easy vector.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
