SYSTEM FOR INTERMEDIATING OUTSOURCING IDLE FACILITY OF INDUSTRY AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An out-sourcing intermediating system intermediating the out-sourcing of an idle industrial device and a out-sourcing intermediating method are provided to advance bidding for the idle industrial producer when request out-sourcing about manufacturing product for a user thereby out-sourcing manufacturing product by winning bid which predetermined discount rate is applied. CONSTITUTION: An outsourcing bidding initiating unit(22) receives bidding information of sourcing request including product information and starts bid. An idle device bidding price registration unit(23) registers bid of out-sourcing contract including idle period of production device. A successful bidding determination unit(26) compares the lowest price for bid of price applied predetermined discount rate to the lowest bidding price of idle production producer and general producer and determines the lowest price as a bid.
