PURPOSE: A flexible flat cable manufacturing method is provided to offer a flexible flat cable which is excellent in electromagnetic wave blocking property by laminating a thin tape capable of blocking heat and electricity.;CONSTITUTION: An aluminum laminated polyester film bottom(11) is formed with a polyester film(12) covered by the porous material. The aluminum laminated polyester film bottom covered by the porous material is formed with a porous substrate layer(13) which blocks the electron and the heat generated from a cable.
