PURPOSE: A system and a method for determining the location of a moving body in real time using RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and a method for installing a wireless relay device are provided to find the location of a moving body with stable and high accuracy in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A calculating unit detects an RFID tag(10) of a location recognition object. The calculating unit calculates the distance between the location recognition object and a wireless relay device(20). A location determining unit determines the location of the location recognition object using location indication information of city infrastructures based on the calculated distance information and a GIS(Geographic Information System).
