PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to prevent the deterioration of organic light emitting diode devices by preventing the penetration of foreign materials through a thin film encapsulation layer and an absorbing member.;CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode display device comprises a substrate(18), a thin film encapsulation layer(20), and an absorbing member(40). The substrate includes a display region and a pad region. The organic light emitting diode display devices are formed in the display region of the substrate. The thin film encapsulation layer is formed on the substrate in order to cover the organic light emitting diode devices.
