PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to effectively prevent the penetration of the outer moisture and oxygen inside a thin film encapsulation layer by forming a non-organic layer in the edge of the film encapsulation layer.;CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode display device comprises a substrate(18), a thin film encapsulation layer(20), and a non-organic layer(40). The substrate includes a display region and a pad region. Organic light emitting devices are formed in the display region of the substrate. The thin film encapsulation layer is formed on the substrate in order to cover the organic light emitting devices. The non-organic layer is formed on the lower surface of the thin film encapsulation layer along the edge of the thin film encapsulation layer.
