PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing call origination information for a call which restricts incoming are provided to supply phone number of a mobile communication subscriber in a call disable state, thereby preventing an important call from not being received.;CONSTITUTION: An originating information providing server(160) receives a receive-failed originating call from an HLR(Home Location Register)(150). If an incoming terminal(120) becomes in a call enable state, the originating information providing server requests notification to the HLR. If notification of the call able state is received from the HLR, the originating information providing server transmits an originating information message including the information of the receive-failed originating call to the incoming terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
