摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nonflammable building material using a foamed ceramics is provided to prevent sick house syndrome by radiating negative ions and far infrared rays by inserting an inorganic binder.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nonflammable building material using a foamed ceramics comprises the following steps: mixing yellow soil, terra alba, pottery stone, agalmatolite, vermiculite, volcanic rock, and talc powder inside a vacuum rotary kiln, heating in 1,000~1,100 deg C, and foaming(S1); forming a ceramics composition with the foamed ceramics raw material(S2); mixing 85~93wt% of glass mineral molten in hydrofluoric acid, 3~4wt% of glycerin, and others to form an inorganic binder(S3); mixing the ceramics composition and the inorganic binder in a ratio of 1:1(S4); extruding the mixture(S5); and drying the extruded mixture for 10~15 minutes(S6).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
