PURPOSE: A novel organic semiconductor material and an electric device containing the same are provided to ensure thermal stability and excellent electric characteristic.;CONSTITUTION: An organic semiconductor compound contains a structure of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, or linear or branched alkyl group of C1-C20. The organic semiconductor compound contains a structure of chemical formula 2. An organic semiconductor compound is an oligomer containing a structure of chemical formula 4 or a compound of chemical formula 3.
