PURPOSE: A heat-exchanger of a heating apparatus for agricultural/stock breeding purpose using waste heat of steam is provided to improve economical efficiency by using waste heat of steam. CONSTITUTION: A heat-exchanger of a heating apparatus for agricultural/stock breeding purpose using waste heat of steam comprises a heat exchanger(10). The heat exchanger is formed of a body(11), an upper assembly(20), and a lower assembly(30). The body is cylindrical with both ends which are sealed up. The upper assembly and the lower assembly have opened one side coupled with the upper end and lower end of the body, respectively. A steam inlet(12) and a steam outlet(13) are formed in the body and vertically separated from each other. A hot water inlet(22) is formed on one side of the upper assembly. A hot-water outlet(23) is formed inside the other side of the upper assembly.
