PURPOSE: A strand re-tensioning device is provided to enable a user to accurately and rapidly perform tasks and conveniently re-tension a strand. CONSTITUTION: A strand re-tensioning device(51) comprises a main body(53), a wedge assembly(61), and a hydraulic actuator(57). The main body has the form of a rectangular block. The main body has a support hole at the center thereof. The wedge assembly is mounted in the support hole. The hydraulic actuator is fixed on both sides of the wedge assembly.
