PURPOSE: A construction device within an LNGC cargo space and an application method thereof are provided to complete work inside a cargo space within a short time using a gas dome without the installation of a structure inside the cargo space. CONSTITUTION: A construction device within an LNGC cargo space comprises a main control table(1), an extensible and swivel tube(2), and a basket(4). The main control table controls the equipment. The swivel tube is connected to the main control table. The basket is installed at an arm system(3) connected to the swivel tube and the end of a movable arm.
