PURPOSE: A method for controlling the crystal orientation of a PVDF-TrFEPVDF(Poly(vinylidene fluoride)-Trifluoroethylene) thin film and a capacitor manufacturing method thereof are provided to control the molecular and the micro structural crystal orientation of a PVDF-TrFe thin film by applying shear stress to the thin film. CONSTITUTION: A PVDF-TrFE solution is spin-coated on a substrate. A PVDF-TrFE thin film is fused for at least 30 minutes at temperature which is greater than a melting point. The PVDF-TrFE thin film is frozen at preset temperature which is less than the melting point. A polymer pad is arranged on the PVDF-TrFE thin film. The shear stress is applied to the PVDF-TrFE thin film for at least 2 hours at preset temperature which is less than the melting point.
