PURPOSE: A bidirectional temperature sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be applied to an actuator or an artificial muscle by changing the length of the sensor depending on a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional temperature sensor comprises an one-way shape memory polymer(301) and a tension supply body(302). The tension supply body is coupled to the one-way shape memory polymer and supplies tension to the one-way shape memory polymer. The length of the one-way shape memory polymer and the tension supply body is changed depending on a temperature change.
