PURPOSE: A fryer is provided to maximize the thermal efficiency of burner by filtering solid material like frying powder from oil using a detachable filtering net.;CONSTITUTION: A fryer comprises a main body(1), a heating member, an inclination ground surface(2), an exhaust valve(3) and a filtering mesh(4). A cooking oil is accepted in the main body. The heating member heats the cooking oil. The inclination ground surface is installed on the center of bottom part of the main body at a tilt. The exhaust valve is installed at one end of the inclination ground surface. The filtering mesh filters out solid bodies.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
