PURPOSE: A method for handling small scale statistics data is provided to assign a code number using an existing ARS system, thereby integrally processing small scale statistics data through login information.;CONSTITUTION: An inbound service operates like the following steps. After a representative number is made, a code number is provided to A business site. If a customer visiting A business site presses the code number according to a guidance after pressing the representative number, a satisfaction survey result for A business site is used as statistic data of the business site. An outbound service operates like the following steps.
