PURPOSE: A method for screening substrate lysis enzyme and detecting activation is provided to screen two or more different kinds of enzyme, such as lipase, amylase, cellulase, and protease.;CONSTITUTION: A method for screening substrate lysis enzyme using mixed-substrate gel comprises: a step of injecting a sample to the gel and performing gel electrophoresis; a step of laminating the electrophoresis gel to a mixed-substrate gel containing two different substrates; a step of applying voltage to move sample from the electrophoresis gel to mixed-substrate gel; and a step of analyzing the mixed-substrate gel.
