PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ethylene polymerization or copolymerization catalyst is provided to easily control the particle size of the catalyst, and to simplify the manufacturing process.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid titanium catalyst for an ethylene polymerization or copolymerization comprises the following steps: obtaining a magnesium compound solution by dissolving a magnesium halide compound to a mixed solution containing cyclic ether and alcohol; forming a carrier by reacting the magnesium compound solution with an organoaluminium compound; and depositing titanium to the carrier by reacting with a titanium compound.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
