PURPOSE: An LED driving circuit, an LED lamp, an LED lighting apparatus, and an LED lighting system are provided to change the timing for changing a bypass circuit from on to off by adjusting the threshold voltage of a comparator by changing a resistance ratio of slit resistance. CONSTITUTION: An LED driving circuit(4) drives the LED by receiving the alternating voltage. The LED driver circuit comprises a diode bridge(DB1), a current limiting circuit(5), a timing adjustment circuit(6), and a bypass circuit(7). A timing adjustment circuit and a bypass circuit are installed between the diode bridge and the current limiting circuit.
