CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating glycogen synthase kinase-3 movement-associated diseases contains a compound of chemical formula II, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, or isomer thereof as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing cancer cell growth and metastasis contains the compound of chemical formula II, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, or isomer thereof as an active ingredient.
