PURPOSE: A liquid culture feed additive for marine fishes is provided to reduce the mortality rate of the marine fishes by preventing the acidification of marine fish culture feed, to reduce stress to the marine fishes at a low temperature, and to enhance the immunity of the marine fishes. CONSTITUTION: A liquid culture feed additive for marine fishes 0.05-10.00 weight% of Ganoderma lucidu, 0.05-10.00 weight% of shiitake, 0.05-10.00 weight% of oyster mushroom, purified water, and 1.00-20.00 weight% of powdered skim milk based on the total weight of the additive The additive is manufactured by adding pulverized materials of dried shiitake and the oyster mushroom, hydrothermal extract of the dried ganoderma lucidu and polysaccharide of seaweed to a lactic acid fermented liquid based on the powdered skim milk and sterilizing the mixture at 80-100C. Lactic bacterium strain is inoculated and cultivated in the mixture.
