COMPOSITION FOR COATING A WIPER BLADE CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE GENERATION OF THE VIBRATION OF THE WIPER BLADE, AND THE WIPER BLADE FOR A VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A composition for coating a wiper blade and the wiper blade for a vehicle are provided to remove a separate coating process of a glass water repellent processor to a front glass for forming a water repellent film.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for coating a wiper blade contains the following: 100 parts of binder resin or a mixture of the binder resin and a hardener by weight; 60~1,200 parts of silicone-based wax by weight with the melting point of 30~130 deg C; 60~1,200 parts of silicone based oil by weight; and 60~800 parts of solid lubricant by weight. The silicone-based wax is selected from the group consisting of stearyl dimethicone wax, stearoxy trimethylsiloxane wax, bis-PEG-18 methyletherdimethyl silane wax, alkyldimethicone wax, and alkylmethyl siloxane wax.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
