PURPOSE: A bracket for mounting a shock absorber is provided to enable easy manufacturing and handling through the improvement of conventional metal material, to reduce the material cost and the processing cost and reduce the noise.;CONSTITUTION: A bracket(10) for mounting a shock absorber comprise a body(12), an inner wall(16), a wing(14), and a uneven part(18). The body holds bush assembly for fixing a piston rod. The body holds a bumper rubber for reducing the shock with other parts. The inner wall divides the internal space of the body into the upper part and the lower part. The inner wall comprises a hole(16a) passing through the piston rod on its central part to support the bush assembly on its upper part and a bumper rubber on its lower part. The wing is extended outwards from the body and is fixed to a vehicle body. The uneven part is formed on the contact surface of the bracket with the bush assembly or the bumper rubber.
