PURPOSE: A Brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis-derived proline rich protein which specifically acts during anther development is provided to effectively isolate proline rich protein from a plant and to produce Brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis with male sterility.;CONSTITUTION: A Brassica campestris ssp. Pekinensis-derived proline rich protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 9, specifically acting during anther development. A gene comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding the proline rich protein has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 8. A method for isolating the gene encoding the proline rich protein from a plant comprises: a step of preparing a primer of sequence numbers 1-7; a step of performing PCR using the primer selected from the sequence numbers 1-7 to isolate gene fragment to the proline rich protein; and a step of obtaining entire sequence of proline rich gene using the gene fragment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
