PURPOSE: A crystallization and solid-liquid separation method during a production of terephthalic acid is provided to secure the product quality when a reaction product produced from an oxidation reaction contains the large amount of intermediates.;CONSTITUTION: A crystallization and solid-liquid separation method during a production of terephthalic acid, separating the terephthalic acid from slurry containing the terephthalic acid and an intermediate generated from an oxidation reaction of p-xylene comprises the following steps: separating the terephthalic acid in a solid phase by filtering the slurry with a high-temperature pressure filter(12) after crystallizing the slurry; and separating a mother liquid containing the intermediate in a liquid phase.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
