PURPOSE: An assessment apparatus for whole process of managing environmental facilities is provided to evaluate the level of facility operation by using the results for the objects of core management items. CONSTITUTION: A whole process evaluation engine(20) collects real-time operation data of an environment basis facility, and performs session management and user management. The whole process evaluation engine is configured with a web server, and can be accessed through the Internet or a wireless communication protocol.
