PURPOSE: An electrostatic discharge protection device is provided to reduce the capacitance of a chip by controlling the junction capacitance between diodes of a positive clamping voltage setting unit and a voltage clamping device.;CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic discharge protection device includes a voltage clamping device(1110), and a positive clamping voltage setting unit(1120). The voltage clamping device passes a higher signal than a negative clamping voltage among the signals provided to an input terminal. The voltage clamping device discharges the lower voltage signal than the negative clamping voltage. The positive clamping voltage setting unit passes the lower signal than the positive clamping voltage among the signals provided to the input terminal. The positive clamping voltage setting unit discharges the higher voltage signal than the positive clamping voltage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
