PURPOSE: A USB memory device performing a card function is provided to integrally install a card and a memory and includes a mirror function, thereby providing convenience to a user.;CONSTITUTION: A USB memory device includes a card function unit(200) and a memory function unit(100). A memory stores a predetermined control program, a password, and information. An access terminal unit is connected to an external computer. The connection terminal is formed in a second thickness thicker than a first thickness. If the computer and the connection terminal are connected, a control unit performs the program in the computer.
