PURPOSE: A red ginseng extract complex granule composition is provided to easily swallow the composition without bitter taste.;CONSTITUTION: A complex granule composition contains 5-90 weight% of water ginseng, red ginseng, and white ginseng concentrate(60% or more of solid powder); 50-90 weight% of hydrous glucose, 0.1-1.0 weight% of vitamin C, 0.1-1.0 weight% of vitamin B2, 0.1-2.0 weight% of DHA, 1-10 weight% of citric acid, and 0.1-1.0 weight% of malic acid. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of extracting red ginseng with 70% of spirit at 70°C for 8 hours twice; a step of extracting in purified water at 70°C for 8 hours and filtering; a step of concentrating the filtered liquid at 50-60cmHg by vacuum and decompression to obtain 60.0 Brix of extract; a step of adding the concentrate, solid hydrous glucose of solid powder; a step of adding water and mixing; and a step of drying under 70°C to obtain under 20mesh of granule.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
