PURPOSE: A cement admixture composition for reducing the viscosity of a cement mixture is provided to minimize pressure loss of a cement mixture, to improve the pumpability of concrete having high strength, and to minimize the load of a pumping apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: A cement admixture composition for reducing the viscosity of a cement mixture comprises 80-95 weight% of a polycarboxylic acid-based dispersing agent having 10-40% of a solid component, 1-10 weight% of sodium gluconate, 1-10 weight% of neopentylglycol, and 0.05-0.3 weight% of an antifoaming agent. High strength cement, which is mixed with a cement binder, includes 0.5-3 weight% of the cement admixture composition based on the cement binder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
