PURPOSE: A method for preparing zeolite catalyst containing iron ions and a method for reducing a nitrous oxide or both the nitrous oxide and a nitrogen oxide are provided to improve low-temperature activation by performing the nitrous oxide or both the nitrous oxide and the nitrogen oxide reduction process at 300 to 500 degrees Celsius.;CONSTITUTION: Zeolite is pre-treated at high temperature using moisture(A). Pre-treated zeolite or zeolite carries iron-ions using an iron-ion precursor solution(B). Particles of zeolite carrying the iron ions are filtered and dried to prepare dried powder(C). An iron ion carrying process, a filtering process, and a drying process are repeated in order to increase the content of iron in a dried powder(D).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
