PURPOSE: A rice plant-derived environmental stress-inducible promoter is provided to develop transgenic plant species and to enhance crop yield.;CONSTITUTION: A rice plant-derived environmental stress-inducible promoter has a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-7. The environmental stress is dry stress. A recombinant plant expression vector contains the promoter. The recombinant plant expression vector is obtained by operably linking a target gene encoding a target protein to a downstream of the promoter. A method for preparing a transgenic plant comprises: a step of transforming a plant cell to the recombinant plant expression vector; and a step of redifferentiating the transgenic plant from the transformed plant cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
