PURPOSE: A transducer unit holder for a rubber boat for measuring the water depth and a rubber boat with the same are provided to enable the measurement to be conveniently and stably performed in comparison to if the operation is performed on the bottom of a shaking rubber boat, since a worktable is provided on which a variety of computers or measuring instruments as well as a transducer unit holder are able to be mounted.;CONSTITUTION: A transducer unit holder(100) for a rubber boat for measuring the water depth comprises a main body(101) and a clamp(110). The main body has a rectangular shape. The claim is formed on the side of the main body. The front and the rear of the main body are open to form tube holding parts(101a) and the rubber boat is inserted into the tube holding part.
