PURPOSE: An IT based educational system and a method thereof using cloud computing are provided to reduce transportation expenses and commuting time. CONSTITUTION: A practice equipment DB stores the list and detailed information of a plurality of practice equipment. A lecture information DB stores the list and detailed information of the lecture. A lecture server(2) supplies an instructor screen and a trainee screen. A practice center(3) communicates between practice equipment and the lecture terminal. A central management server(5) generates a console window displaying the input and output between practice equipment and a trainee terminal.
