PURPOSE: A system and a method of call owner call management service are provided to manage members through car number instead of member number, thereby collectively manufacturing a car sticker by adding a representative number and guide phrase.;CONSTITUTION: Only a representative telephone number of a service company is posted to a sticker. Or, a guide phrase about the representative number and a car number input is posted. If a caller calls to the representative number, a ARS(Auto Response System) providing unit(51) guides each service items. If the caller inputted the car number, central processing unit(53) reads out an address of a car owner in a member database server.
