NONHALOGEN FLAME RETARDANT POLYCARBONATE RESIN COMPOSITE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND POLYCARBONATE SHEET USING THE COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A non-halogen flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a polycabonate sheet manufactured therefrom are provided to secure the environment-friendly property by avoid containing bromine or chlorine. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-halogen flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises the following steps: inserting a polycarbonate resin, potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate, fluorinated polyolefin, and carbon nanotubes, in to a continuous type twin screw extruder; rotating a shaft(120) for mixing the mixture, and melt-compressing the mixture; applying the low shear stress to the outcome to disperse the potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate, the fluorinated polyolefin, and the carbon nanotubes to the polycarbonate resin; heating the mixture while rotating the shaft, and discharging the mixture; and cooling and cutting the extruded mixture.
