摘要

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an oil-less bearing with fluid dynamic mechanism is provided to reduce the initial equipment investment cost by the managing on the product fault due to the electrode damage.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an oil-less bearing with fluid dynamic mechanism is as follows. A jig on which a groove supporting the outer circumference of the oil-less bearing is provided(S100). The oil-less bearing on which a hollow part is formed is inserted into the groove(S200). A dynamic protrusion is formed on the outer circumference and a core in which a penetration hole is formed is inserted into the hollow part(S300). In order that a dynamic groove is formed on the inner circumference of the oil-less bearing, the inner diameter of the penetration hole is enalrged(S400).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
