摘要

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an oil-less bearing with fluid dynamic mechanism is provided to mass-produce a variety of types of bearings by considering the use, property and manufacturing cost of an applied instrument.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an oil-less bearing with fluid dynamic mechanism is as follows. A jig is provided, which comprises a groove supporting the outer circumference of the oil-less bearing(S100). The oil-less bearing on which a hollow part is formed is inserted into the groove(S200). A core comprising a dynamic protrusion on the outer circumference is inserted into the hollow part(S300). The core is heated so that the dynamic groove is formed on the inner circumference of the oil-less bearing(S400). The core is cooled so that the outer circumference of the core and the inner circumference of the oil-less bearing are separated(S500).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
