PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte fuel cell is provided to uniformly performing the flow of fluid inside a flow channel by forming the flow channel in a pin shape, and to improve the capacity of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte fuel cell including a pin type flow channel comprises the following: an incoming region(1,2) with the flow channel formed by a separator located on both sides of a membrane-electrode assembly; a flow channel formation region(3,4) extended from the incoming region; and an outgoing region(5,6) with the width reducing toward the outlet direction.
