PURPOSE: A system for determining danger driving of a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to use analyzed results for the education of a driver by analyzing a driver's driving habit or attitude.;CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for determining danger driving of a vehicle comprises a lateral acceleration sensor detects the lateral acceleration of a running vehicle. The controller detects signals detected from the lateral acceleration sensor in real time and determines the generation state of sine wave by converting time into sensor amplitude function. If sine wave appears in the graph of the function, the controller determines danger driving by comparing reference period, reference size, the cycle of sine wave, and amplitude of sensor signals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
