PURPOSE: An offensive odor blocking apparatus for a manhole is provided to prevent the inflow of garbage inside a man-hole and improve the permeability of rainwater.;CONSTITUTION: An offensive odor blocking apparatus for a manhole comprises a body(100), an insulating member(300), and a buoyancy member(320). A water through hole(H) is formed on the side of the body. The body is formed with a drain unit to be inserted into a water inlet. The insulating member moves up with buoyancy to open the drain unit.
